The FREE arts integration podcast is HERE!  Yay!  This is a 40 minute podcast addressing the information YOU, my readers, requested!  I cover what a curriculum map is and how to create one, as well as lesson plan ideas for technology, watercolor and artful journaling techniques.

In addition, this will be a part of a series this week – the podcast is posted today and the worksheets that accompany it will come out on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as a PDF file that you can download and use as needed.

Please take a listen and send me some comments about what you think!  I look forward to your feedback!

How do I get in on the podcasts and get notices for the next one?

    • I Karen – great question! I am in the middle of a lot of new projects for this site and one of them will be making it much easier to sign up to receive podcasts and news. Additionally, new podcasts are on the way for the spring and summer, so stay tuned! In the meantime, I’ll go ahead and add you to our list of people who receive our podcasts and send this one your way. Thanks!

Susan, I would love to listen to the podcast; do I need to join something in order to access it? I can’t seem to pull up anything but the picture of the podcast.

    • Hi Erin,

The podcast was for a limited time online. However, I can send it to you. Please click the contact link and send me your email address and I will send that to you. Thanks!

        Hi Susan!

I realize that you posted this quite a while ago, but I just stumbled on your site and would love to gain access to the podcast and the accompanying worksheets. Would you still be able to send them to me? I am LOVING all of the things I have found here so far! I have been trying to integrate art into my curriculum this year because I have a very challenging class, but they respond so well to the arts! Anyway, thank you!

        • Hi Allison! I’m so glad that you found us over here. I’ve gone ahead and edited the link to the podcast from this post – try clicking the updated link at the bottom and you should be able to download the whole thing. The worksheets that accompany it are available through the strategies tab. When I originally wrote this post, there were only 3 technique worksheets. Now we have so many more for you to explore. Let us know what you think!

Thank you so much, Susan! It’s downloading now! 🙂 I am sorry to bother you with another question, but where exactly can I find the Strategies tab? I’ve looked, but I can’t seem to find it. . .

Sorry — I’m not usually technologically challenged. 🙂

          • No worries! Glad to help! It’s located directly at this link: https://educationcloset.com/category/techniques-2/ Also, on the homepage (just click the EdCloset logo to get home), when the page loads you’ll see the menu tabs above the opening slider. Strategies is listed right there. 🙂
